Good Health= Enough sleep + Proper exercise + Proper diet

yes we all noe these since primary school when we hav our nooob health education...but i jus realise most of us had followed none

travelling is freakk...wherever you are on the bus or mrt...you will feel more lethargic than ever cos u are contained in a piece of metal...it blocks magnetic waves from the earth which is supposed to energised u as ur body possesses static magnetism lol (Law of Faraday)

unless you live as near to school as birdd...it is almost impossible to sleep enough for school

unless you needa exercise as hiong as sports cca...proper exercise can never be attained
ehhh i think later gonna rain
ehhh abit shag today la..tmr den say

mac+kfc+oldchangkee= No proper diet

so it all accounts to no health lor lol
